Our goal is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please be sure to read through the following information carefully.

Site Errors

Availability of products, pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Any errors found on our site will be corrected as discovered and without notice. Del Sol Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offers due to any error within the Del Sol Furniture web site.

General Policies

  • All balances must be paid in full 24 hours before delivery
  • At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Signing upon delivery is
  • your acceptance of the merchandise in your home.
  • All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned
  • Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Pickup Information

Our furniture Distribution Center is located at 3925 W. Adams STE 1 Phoenix AZ 85009. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 5pm for all customer pickups. Del Sol Distribution center is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Customers are more than welcome to pick up their merchandise free of charge at our Distribution Center during operating hours. If a customer would like to pick up their merchandise at any of our store locations there will be a “Will Call Fee” of $39.

At Del Sol Furniture we want our customer to have immediate access to their purchase. Our distribution center is conveniently located for easy access to our pick up area. 

Pick-up Policies

  • Please bring original receipt and photo ID.
  • For the quickest pick-up service please bring appropriate size vehicle for your load.
  • It is the customers’ responsibility for the safety of your load. Before leaving insure your load is secure and safe. Once you leave the Del Sol Furniture's pick up dock the merchandise and safety of your load becomes your responsibility.

Important Safety Instructions

  • We will not load any mattress, box spring, headboard, footboard, or any light item in the back of any open vehicle.
  • We will not load any item on the top of any vehicle or any vehicle rack.
  • We will in load furniture in any situation, including but not limited to those listed above, that we consider unsafe.

Del Sol Furniture does not recommend that you transport any of these items under these circumstances. Should you elect to do so, you act at your own peril and acknowledge that Del Sol Furniture has informed you that what you are doing is an unsafe and ill-advised activity. Under no circumstances will Del Sol Furniture be responsible for loss/damages incurred once merchandise leaves the loading dock.

Special Orders Policy

A special order is:

  • An item not displayed in a Del Sol Furniture Store
  • An item not stocked in the Del Sol Furniture warehouse
  • An item displayed in a Del Sol Furniture store, but available in a different color, size, or finish

A special order cannot be cancelled. Del Sol Furniture Warranty does not apply to special orders. However, factory warranties do apply.

Customer must take accurate measurements before ordering. If the special order does not fit in the customer’s room or entryway it cannot be returned since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Do not special order unless customer does not feel this may be a problem.

Please allow 4-12 weeks for the arrival of the special order. Delays in the manufacturing and delivery process may occur. Special order purchases not available in our warehouse within 120 days from your purchase date however, may be cancelled without a restocking fee and we will issue a full refund or allow a reselection.

Dye lots on fabric samples may differ in shade from those actually delivered by the manufacturer. Del Sol is not responsible for any dye lot differences.

Our buyers will audit the sales contract for pricing accuracy. If adjustments are needed the customer will be contacted for approval before your order is placed with the manufacturer.

If for any reason the customer fails to take delivery of your special order merchandise, a 25% restocking fee will be forfeited. A minimum of 50% of the total on cash sales, for credit sales a 25% down payment is required for special orders. This means no special order can be made with $0 down payment, Customer must sign the special order form at the time of the special order.

In order to process a special order, the minimum required deposit must be completed, the period of 4-12 weeks will start to run once that deposit has been covered.
