Layaway Policy

• Free Layaway up to 3 months.
• 15% down-payment required (minimum $50.00).
• Layaway holds the price, not the furniture.
• Furniture will not be ordered until the layaway balance is paid in full.
• Ordering merchandise could take 4-8 weeks for out of stock items.
• Must take possession of in-stock merchandise within 2 weeks of final payment. (Storage fee will apply after 2 weeks, $10 per week. Minimum of one week)
• Accessories and Clearance items not eligible for layaway.

Payments:

There are no minimum payments but balance must be paid off within 90 days or layaway will be cancelled. .

Final Payment:

Final payment must be made at the store location of the original purchase. At this time, we will check for the availability of your merchandise and schedule your pickup or delivery date accordingly. Final payment must be made with cash or credit card. Checks will not be accepted for final payment. .

Only upon making a final payment can the purchaser request a price adjustment if the layaway merchandise is now on sale.

Final payment must be received by the due date or the order will be cancelled.

Cancellations:

Layaways that are canceled within 10 days from the date of purchase will be entitled to a full refund. Layaways canceled after 10 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a refund less a cancellation fee of $25.00.

Del Sol Furniture reserves the right to cancel a layaway if payments or final payment are not made as scheduled. A cancellation fee or $25.00 will be applied and the remaining deposit amount will be left on account until after a refund is requested by the purchaser. If refund is not requested within 90 days after date of cancellation the refund will be in store credit only.

Discontinued Merchandise:

If merchandise becomes discontinued while on layaway, you may transfer your deposits to a new selection without penalty.

Refunds:

All refunds are issued within 10 business days; checks are issued by our Corporate Office only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Payments made by credit card must be refunded back to the same credit card account.
