Do you check my credit?

Yes, we do check your credit. Del Sol is not expecting you to have a perfect credit history or any credit at all. We are more interested in helping you achieve the credit score that you want. Our credit programs are designed to help you build or rebuild your credit and at the same time get the products you want. We use the information on your credit report to make sure we get you on the best plan for you to successfully make your payments on time.

How do I apply for Credit?

Our application process is quick and easy. You can go to any of our locations or you can call and we will take your application over the phone.

How much will I be approved for?

You will get approved so that your monthly payment fits comfortably into your budget. As you pay off accounts your credit limit will increase.

How long does it take?

Most applications take minutes to get approved. In some occasions it may take longer but our goal is to make the application process as easy as possible.

Does my credit limit increase after I pay off my first account?

Your credit will increase but it is very important that you make your payments on time. Furthermore each account you pay off will be reported to the credit bureau to help your credit score.

What can I buy on credit?

Everything that we carry can be purchased on credit! We have name brands to cover all your needs in furniture, mattresses, electronics and appliances. We have a large selection in stock and if you don’t find something you like we do have a special order program.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do deliver all over the Phoenix metro area. The delivery charge varies by zip code. We even deliver outside of the Phoenix Metro area, like Wickenburg, Casa Grande, Maricopa, Prescott, Flagstaff and Tucson!

How long do I need to make payments to own the product?

This is the beauty of our credit programs. This is up to you! We offer payment plans from 6 months to 24 months so we can help you find a comfortable monthly payment for your budget.

Can I pay off my account faster?

Yes you can pay off the account faster than the amount you initially agreed to. The faster you pay off the account the more you save!

What if I am not approved for the amount I want?

There are several options in this case. You can pay more upfront, you can pay your down payment in parts, you can switch to our layaway program, or you can purchase your needs in smaller parts so your limit gets increased.

Why do you need personal references?

We use your personal references to simply get to you know you better so we can help you find the best credit program for you.

If I put more money upfront will my payments be smaller?

Yes you payments will be lower if you put more money upfront. This is a great way to get your monthly payment to a comfortable level for you. Remember, we want you to succeed so your credit score improves.

My credit application was turned down. Can I reapply?

There is no set time period and it is important to understand why the application was turned down so next time you apply you do get approved. We recommend waiting 3 to 6 months before applying again.

Do you report my payment history to the credit bureaus?

We do report to the credit bureaus.

How long before my account shows at credit bureaus?

There is not set rule since each credit bureau works differently but normally it takes 30 to 60 days for your account to appear on your credit report. We report our accounts monthly.
