We allow returns of product within 7 days of delivery with a minimum 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee could increase depending on the condition of the product.

We allow an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product with no restocking fee on re-selections of equal or greater value. There is a 10% restocking fee on re-selections of lesser value.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in AS-NEW condition

  • If you need us to pick up a return or exchange there will be a fee which varies based no your address

  • Return items are inspected once received. After that we will process a refund as quickly as possible. Refunds can take up to 10 business days. If you have lost your card the process may take longer as we need to verify the refund and cut a check. If you paid with cash we will refund via check.

  • AS-IS Items have no warranties and can not be returned or exchanged.

  • If you qualify for any FREE item during your purchase you will have to return said free item if you return the original purchase.

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.
