HOW IT WORKS:

At Del Sol Furniture you can spin to win up to win $1000 in additional free furniture! Everyone who makes a purchase gets to spin the wheel! If you land on the Del Sol logo twice back to back, you win up to $1000 in additional furniture. If you buy less than $1000 and win, we match the amount you purchased. If you purchase over $1000 then you get $1000!

By participating each entrant will acknowledge the acceptance of these terms and conditions. A purchase can not be canceled after spinning the wheel. The spin must be done by the person who is purchasing. The instore credit only applies to product, not services or extended protection plans. Customer also has to pay the sales tax.I authorize Del Sol Furniture to take my photograph and video record for this promotion. I authorize Del Sol Furniture to use my photos on any social media platforms and marketing materials. I agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the usage of my photographs or videos in any marketing campaign.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are users of US Shell App and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Excentus Corporation and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household of each such employee, officer, and director are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROMOTION ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) CLAIMS ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OR ALLEGED BREACH BY ENTRANT OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS; (B) CLAIMS ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN THE PROMOTION.  Del Sol is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in Spin to Win.General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines that the operation, security or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason. These Terms & Conditions cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: To the extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Phoenix, Arizona. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

La falta de aplicación por parte del Patrocinador de cualquier disposición de estos Términos y Condiciones no constituirá una renuncia a esa disposición ni a ninguna otra. La invalidez o inaplicabilidad de cualquier disposición de estos Términos y Condiciones no afectará la validez o aplicabilidad de ninguna otra disposición. En caso de que se determine que alguna disposición es inválida o de alguna manera inaplicable o ilegal, estos Términos y Condiciones seguirán en vigor y se interpretarán de acuerdo con sus términos como si la disposición inválida o ilegal no estuviera contenida en este documento.DISPUTAS/LEY APLICABLE: En la medida en que lo permita la ley aplicable, al participar en la Promoción, cada participante acepta que todas y cada una de las disputas, reclamaciones y causas de acción que surjan de la Promoción o de cualquier premio otorgado se resolverán individualmente, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de acción colectiva y exclusivamente por el tribunal federal o estatal apropiado ubicado en Phoenix, Arizona.
